Our Rosé Sparkling Wine Extra Brut, made from 100% Pinot Noir, presents a refreshing dryness and elegant bubbles. Through traditional bottle fermentation and a 9-month lees aging, the sparkling wine develops fine aromas of red berries, accompanied by delicate brioche notes. With only 5 g/L of residual sugar, it is particularly dry and fresh – a perfect sparkling wine for fine aperitifs or light dishes, impressing with its lively freshness and complexity. Since it is freshly disgorged, it offers exceptional clarity and finesse.
